SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The crux of the allegation in the first information report is that the petitioner was appointed on the post of teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

4. At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been terminated from the service by the Block Development Officer-cum-Secretary,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69287 of 2025(4) dt.21-01-2026 2/2 Primary Teacher Employment Unit, Bathnaha (Sitamarhi) (Annexure P/2) and the said fact has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
