JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Sunit Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Magadh University.

2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application for payment of remaining amount of gratuity (Rs.10 lacs), earned leave and arrear of difference of pension with applicable rate of interest.

3. Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17125 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 period of three weeks and make payment of all the admitted retiral dues i.e. remaining amount of gratuity (Rs.10 lacs), earned leave and arrear of difference of pension with applicable rate of interest.

4. The Registrar must take note of the fact that all the dues which have not been paid to the petitioner are admitted dues and therefore he must not take any technical plea to delay the payment, not beyond a period of four weeks.

5. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation within the aforesaid period.

6. The Registrar is directed to communicate to the petitioner at his own level that all the due amount payable to the petitioner have been paid in his account.

7. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
