The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further submission is that neither petitioner is owner nor driver of the alleged vehicle. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
