1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.14991 of 2013, which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution, by an order dated 03.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain personal difficulty, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not appear when the aforesaid writ petition was called out for hearing, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the aforesaid writ petition be restored to its original file, for which, the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.14991 of 2013 to its original file, however, subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
