The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 9.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47391 of 2016 whereby the petitioner being the husband of the complainant in a complaint case wherein process was directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,406 and 323 of the IPC, was granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of extending the date of surrender of the petitioner. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9161 of 2018(2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case no. 468 of 2014 pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Naugachia (Bhagalpur). Rest of the conditions in order dated 9.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47391 of 2016 will remain the same.

This application is disposed of.
