The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 08, 20(D), (II) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, a small quantity of 700 grams Ganja said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which does not come under the purview of commercial quantity. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 16.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on
