Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was forcibly cultivating the land of the informant and when the informant tried to stop the petitioner, the petitioner and other coaccused showed weapons and used filthy language. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case because of the land dispute

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S.
