Smt. Sharda Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.Case No. 87 of 2017 registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Submission is that petitioner's wife committed suicide and no any demand of dowry was made by the petitioner and the trial has also proceeded in which father-in-law of the petitioner was examined as PW-2 and he has not deposed that any demand of dowry was made by the petitioner from his or his daughter was killed by him.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bambam Das, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
