2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 757 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner along with Alok is said to have kidnapped the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim was not properly treated by her father and therefore she had eloped with one Sachin and gone to Tamil Nadu and got married to him. There is nothing against the petitioner in the statement of the victim girl.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned Court in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 757 of 2025.
