2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 47(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. 40 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from an open place.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69375 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge - IInd, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
