That this instant writ application is being filed for directing the respondent No. 2 to dispose off the Appeal of the petitioner bearing Appeal No.04 ICDS/2022-2023 filed against the order dated 20.01.2022 passed in Record No. 95 of 2019 by the respondent No. 4 whereby and whereunder her selection on the post of Anwanwari Sevika was cancelled."

At the outset, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17072 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent No. 2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Appeal No.04 I.C.D.S./ 2022-2023.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the aforesaid appeal is pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off, within a stipulated time frame. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent No. 2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
