2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. He is the husband of the deceased and he is in custody since 23.04.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no external injury on the dead body and the trial has not progressed.

5. Considering the aforesaid and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jehanabad/ concerned Court in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
