This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 07.08.2023 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 353 , 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. As per F.I.R., this appellant was using the electricity illegally, as a result of which electricity department sustained loss of Rs. 1,92,205/-. It is further alleged that when the informant raided the house of the appellant, he was

4. Considering the nature of accusation of the appellant, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
