Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,386,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Only material is confidential information to the informant that the petitioner was also involved in the demand of ransom, as he is a criminal associate of coaccused Devendra Ram. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no substantial material against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17298 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sheohar Police Station Case No.201 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
