This is a case registered under Sections 363,366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that though the alleged kidnapping took place on 05.10.2016 and the informant of the FIR has stated that the instant petitioner who is alleged to have committed the offence was in contact with the informant's daughter but FIR has been lodged on 10.11.2016. He submits that in Para 7 of the case diary neighbours have deposed regarding victim girl eloping about one and half months prior to the incident. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 24.10.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12343 of 2018 (3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
