ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as the learned counsel for the Vigilance.
The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 10.01.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.61985 of 2017. It is submitted that the petitioner is unmarried and, therefore, there is no question of providing bailor, namely, wife or son. It is submitted that the father of the petitioner is already dead. So far as mother is concerned, it is submitted that she has no property to pledge.
In view of such submissions, the aforesaid order dated 10.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4424 of 2018 (2) dt.23-01-2018 2/2 furnish any other bailor. However, other conditions indicated in the said order shall remain the same.
The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
