2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 44.640 liters of illicit foreign made liquor has been recovered from a Hundai vehicle bearing registration no.BR11BQ-4328.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and the said vehicle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 19.08.2025 and there

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise-02), Purnea in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 691 of 2025.
