Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 11.8.2019 on the accusation that 25.56 litres Indian made foreign liquor and 27 litres country-made liquor were recovered from their joint possession.
