It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 18.09.2023, the petitioner was granted bail, but in the address portion the P.S. Case number has inadvertently been typed as Bhagwanpur Hatt instead of Basantpur.

The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly been mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70716 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the main petition. Considering the aforestated facts, let the P.S. case name in the address portion of the order dated 18.09.2023 be read as P.S.-Basantpur instead of P.S.- Bhagwanpur Hatt.

The order dated 18.09.2023 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
