2. It is accepted by Mr. Avinash Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the informant that the informant/O.P. No.2 has already received Rs. 85,00,000/- out of Rs.1,25,21,000/-.
3. In view of aforesaid, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the balance amount of Rs.40,21,000/- shall be paid to the informant within two months in terms of compromise, which is already recorded on affidavit and filed before this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.10.2024 is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75419 of 2024(10) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 hereby confirmed with same bailors and bonds.
5. With aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of.
