The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273 , 34 of the Indian Penal code and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is contended that as per allegation, 350 liters of mixed toddy was recovered from the tempo which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.01.2018. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20386 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 69 of 2018 rising out of Amour P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
