The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner obtained appointment to the post of 'Special Survey Amin' on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that without giving any notice or proper verification, the certificate, submitted by this petitioner, has been declared to be forged and fabricated by the concerned department. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from the service. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

No.70880 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
