The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/458/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi causing fracture of right hand of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and the statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21900 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 P2/ Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No.616 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
