2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals have looted the motorcycle and some money from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and there is no recovery made from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail by contending that the involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2023.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Phulparas Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani will file a report as to why in the cases of loot, no TI Parade is conducted by the investigation officers of the Police Stations in Madhubani District. The report must be filed by the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani before the next date of hearing.

11. Learned APP for the State, Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay is directed to take necessary instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani in this regard.

12. List this case after four weeks for perusal of the report.

13. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani through FAX for its compliance.
