The State of Bihar & Ors. We notice that name of Respondent No. 3 was wrongly typed out in the original petition. Resultantly, the said error occurred in the judgment dated 23.09.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also gone through the record, we direct that in the judgment dated

Patna High Court MJC No.2366 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 23.09.2022, passed in CWJC No. 14114 of 2022, titled as Golu Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., name of Respondent No. 3 be read as "The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna" in place of 'The District Magistrate Cum Collector Nalanda'. Judgment dated 23.09.2022 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

The modification application stands allowed.
