2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 280, 282, 337, 338, 304(A) & 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on
