The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 306 of 2016/ 34 of 2016 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 registered under Sections 452, 302 and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 03.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4863 of 2017 by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6029 of 2018 (3) dt.28-03-2018 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
