Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier by order dated 28.04.2022 in Cr. Misc No. 55233 of 2021, the bail application was rejected, it is next submitted that petitioner is the husband and the trial has commenced and out of eleven charge-sheet witnesses two witnesses have been examined, it is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial, in the event, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for
