The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of IPC and Sections 30 (A) (C) and Section 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, about 14 litres of foreign and country made liquor was recovered from a toddy shop which was allegedly been run by the son and husband of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that she is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20023 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018.

Further, if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bond.
