2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2022.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 58 liters of country made liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in custody since 14.08.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge No.II, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023.
