The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 494, 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioners are in-laws members of the deceased (sister of informant). There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67848 of 2022(4) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 337 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
