The petitioner has been in custody since 06.12.2017 in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 522/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S.
