The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Fulwaria P.S. Case No.116 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 44 persons and alleged that named persons along with 400-500 unknown persons took out a procession. They were sounding obscene songs and spreading communal hatred.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner placed at Sl. No.37 in the F.I.R. Similarly situated many other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.3059 of 2018, 3077 of 2018, 3951 of 2018, 7965 of 2018 and others.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17641 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection Fulwaria P.S.
