Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR apparently reveals allegation of medical negligence on the part of the petitioner in surgical operation on the deceased.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the guidelines of the Apex Court in the case of Jacob Mathew vs. State of Punjab reported in 2005(6) SCC 1, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
