Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder of the brother of informant is against unknown.

In the confessional statement of Md. Anjar, the name of the petitioner surfaced. Md. Anjar has already been allowed regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13980 of 2018. The said order also reveals that case of the petitioner is similar to that of Md. Anjar.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23029 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
