Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that due to land dispute, the accused persons assaulted the informant and her son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation against the petitioner is of giving spear blow on the leg of the informant's son and not on the vital part of the body, there is land dispute between both sides, there is case and counter case and the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
