The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c)125/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the recovery of Ganja is of almost small quantity and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68634 of 2019(4) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019 giving rise to Special Case No. 03 of 2019.
