JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 288 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 336, 498A, 34 of IPC and subsequently added Section 304B of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner happens to be the mother-inlaw of the deceased. She is said to have sprinkled the kerosene oil on the deceased and husband of the deceased set her on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is residing separately and allegation is against the husband of the deceased and not against this petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has submitted that statement of the deceased was recorded, in which, she has taken the name of the petitioner and her husband both.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66235 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. She has to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below.
