2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 18.04.2025. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.04.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
