It has been alleged that on an order of petitioner, Chandrika Sah, Prabhu Sah gave Farsa blow over Bhola Sah, Hiralal Sah gave Farsa blow over Asmod Kumar, Gopal Kumar and Balkeshi Devi went in rescue, the accused so named (10 in numbers) assaulted them with Lathi and Rod. Furthermore, it has been alleged by the informant, Pramod Kumar that Lal Bachan Sah snatched away Rs. 15,000/- from Asmod Kumar while Prabhu Sah, Rambabu Sah and Chandrika Sah had taken away Rs. 1,60,000/- from a shop.

Considering the status of the petitioners to be non assailants of Bhola Sah and Asmod Kumar and over carrying omnibus allegation relating to Gopal and Balkeshi Devi,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5854 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 petitioners, namely, RAMJI SAH @ RAMJEE PRASAD KESHARI and CHANDRIKA SAH are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Harsidhi PS Case No. 441/2017.
