The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has no criminal antecedent. There is specific allegation against co-accused Darshan Ram. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
