Learned AC to Addl. Advocate General no.15 and Sri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opp.Party no.6 and 7, Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary respectively of Gram Panchayat Loha, Anchal Sono, submit that

Patna High Court MJC No.3155 of 2017(10) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 the order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit and the petitioner, in terms of the order of the writ court, has already been given appointment letter and he has joined.

Smt. Shailly Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to Addl. Advocate General no.15 and Sri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for Opp.Party nos. 6 and 7, accepts that the order of the writ court has already been complied with and the petitioner has joined. Learned counsel for Opp.Party no.6 and 7 submits that of course, some delay has occurred but it was not intentional.

In view of submission made by learned counsel for Opp.Party nos.6 and 7 and facts disclosed in the show cause filed on behalf of Opp.Party nos. 6 and 7, there is no need to further proceed in the matter.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding stands dropped and the petition is disposed of.
