2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the informant's minor daughter aged about 14 years did not return her home till 4.30 evening, the informant started searching for her. In course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69752 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 search, it came to light that the one Md. Naiyyar enticed the informant's daughter away for the purpose of marry her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the victim was in love and affection with co-accused Md. Naiyyar and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case merely due to being family members of the coaccused, Md. Naiyyar.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 300 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
