Petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injury is found simple in nature. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
