Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the expression "Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st, Sasaram" has been typed in place of C.J.M., Sasaram. In view of the above, let the order dated 16.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50957 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

In consequence, the time for surrender is extended further by a period of four weeks from today.
