The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and terms of settlement is mutually agreed upon by the parties is attached with the Mediation Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner handed over a demand draft of Rs.1 lakhs to the learned counsel for the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as the matter has been settled through the process of mediation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event
