2. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of order dated 26.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 3728 of 2019. The observation made by this Court is for filing application before the competent authority to examine as to whether encroachment is existing or not? In this regard, proceedings have been initiated by the official respondent and it was concluded on 26.02.2019 in renewing the encroachment to that effect show-cause has been filed and the same is taken note of.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 3923 of 2019 stands dropped.
