Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 385, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused obstruction in conducting the examinations in the college premises.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in capacity of President of student's Union, was raising voice against the action of the Principal regarding taking money by the students in different heads against the direction of the University, due to which the principal became furious and lodged this false case against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on
