JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State along with learned counsel for the informant through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Kudra P. S. Case No.108 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The report dated 31.01.2020 sent by the learned trial Court goes to show that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion.

Therefore, taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner
