Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376,511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint based allegation would reveal that the named persons attempted to commit rape on the informant.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no such type of criminal antecedent and he is in custody in connection with some other case since 02.12.2016 and thereafter remanded in this case on 25.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6062 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in Sessions Trial No.452 of 2017 arising out of Pirpainty Police Station Case No.220 of 2009, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
